I have exactly the same thing alcohol cost me my career in the Navy and it has cost me employment. After I turned 30, I asked Jesus Christ to help me and come into my life since I sober and my life is now free cigarette tastes better with more clarity and purpose, and filled my food LOL! Thank you for sharing your experience, I had the same experience, but not as bad as yours. I was only in hospital for a week detox. go through two months in the dry now, but for everyone the same thing, it’s hard, but it works better, the hardest thing I find fills the void in your life that once filled the alcohol.

I was located in the same situation, the violence is something the hospital called hepatic encephalopathy. where the brain is almost swimining in alcohol, you did not mention the final diagnosis, I assume he has cirrhosis, because I’m bloody, pain in the ass! but yes, it was pretty scary 4 years 27yrs old and still kicking!
