Nil by Mouth Part 9

In my opinion one of the best films ever made. I like my drama realistic, gritty and truthful – this is the most realistic film I’ve seen. A Bafta-Award winning masterpiece, Written and Directed by Gary Oldman. Starring Ray Winstone, Kathy Burke (both giving the greatest acting performances I’ve ever seen) and Jamie Foreman. Chillingly honest story of everyday South London life.

@ Lenzskiii96 fairly large, but not lanky, and after he floored Ray, he met only once a very decent Scot all in all. It is a film, and Winstone considers his roles taken from real life.

Ray worked with the Scottish guy when he over 15, I think I remember you seeing a sketch, where they both were playing on a pinball machine, I can only imagine that when the film was casting, Ray some old dude he suggested working with 30 odd years, what a Gent.

    13. SURFUR Says:

Ray Winstone gives a powerhouse performance in the role of Ray, a working-class husband who loves his family, especially his daughter. But this man has demons. Demons, which are so numerous and deep, they can not be repressed. It can be a sympathetic, to be laid-back guy, like every other auch.Aber we see that without serious provocation, he is immediately and homicidal rage. A side effect, so here is that most movies (and humans) tend away from. It will freeze the blood, and shortly before the end, make you cry.
