Nil by Mouth Part 13
In my opinion one of the best films ever made. I like my drama realistic, gritty and truthful – this is the most realistic film I’ve seen. A Bafta-Award winning masterpiece, Written and Directed by Gary Oldman. Starring Ray Winstone, Kathy Burke (both giving the greatest acting performances I’ve ever seen) and Jamie Foreman. Chillingly honest story of everyday South London life.

@ C2j2p her Hollywood produced movies, such as on a conveyor belt in a factory. Besides, they still made good films. The Coen brothers, Fargo, and no country for old men and their other tarabtino pulp fiction, God father (which I dont rate at all) Scar face, Forrest Gump. Hollywood movies make 75% of the worlds. A whole shit load of them, more than good shit, but there are some real pearls. Full Metal Jacket Stanly’s other films. There is such a wide range of class. You’l agree with me.

Amazing movie. Really amazing. “In memory of my father” The film is rich in meaning. His realistic. Not everyone lives like that, but some ppl do. Excellent film. Perhaps the best British film since Trainspotting. There are probably others I cannot think good.

To the campy boy thank-you for the marketing of the infinitely enteriety of “Nil by Mouth” up online. It was really one of the best in 1997 and in the history of the British Kinos.Ray Winstone and Kathy Burke make beautiful music on the screen, like Gary Oldman himself. Two BAFTA’s talk for themselves, although they are not enough. May it be as long as the British Isles. . . .- Love, Dane Youssef

The craziest thing is that, as this film is, every single person in the world can relate to and that alone should selling point. This is what the British know about and embrace good films. Here in America. . . ugh. Do not ask for any kind of realism

This is the real life of my ignorant friend. We are not all in tough housing estates in London, Birmingham, Dublin, Glasgow, etc., but the themes are pretty universal life. Domestic violence, crime, drug abuse, the impact of social and economic landscapes, this can be found on the planet in every country, should not they have in the fold just one, but most people experience some of these things. Its a film that these questions many people have experienced in a single story, addresses love it or hate it.

This is my life Bollocks. There may be some unhappy people’s lives. Showing grit does not make a movie. The story – even if you could call it that was very weak. As someone said the best part was then knocked Ray Winstone got out. Very bad show.

Kathy Burke is a brilliant actress and Ray Winston plays a major role of the perpetrators. However, domestic violence is widespread and two women per week are murdered in the hands of the partner, not to mention the damage to what is true for children. This film didn `t really address the real damage of domestic violence and all it` s ramifacations. In all honesty it was a very poor take on the issues associated to it. Best of all, if Ray is a real man knocked out.
