Intro to Anxiety Journals
So far the main focus in my videos has been, weight issues, overcoming binge eating disorder, clutter, and happiness. Well I was going to focus on relationships next but then I thought about it and realized I should just get to the root of all these problems, which for me has been anxiety. In these journals I will discuss thoughts I have, and have had and what solutions I can come up with to deal and overcome this problem to have the best life possible. Enjoy…….

The Anxiety, like depression, is due to a fault that people see in themselves.
If you feel anxiety, and gain weight back each time you lose it, it is an issue of discipline. You may dislike and feel stressed by a part of you that is indulgent. When you can control your reactions, you will not indulge. It’s great you are creating strategies, when you stick to them you will cultivate good habits, intentional structure and build esteem, which = less anxiety.
Good lick and keep up the good work!

You keep saying this in your video’s that you have lost your weight before and reached your goal weight. It would be so cool to make a video of your before/after and again your before and now
I would love to see it!! Love you

I 100% agree that being overweight is a symptom for something emotional/ psychological. Yoga has helped me so much with both losing weight and doing the inner work required to be a happier healthier person.

this is great. congratulations on coming up with this new topic to journal about. i’m anxious myself. i mostly worry about people and what they think. i will most likely relate to your new videos and learn from your experience. there is something called fear of negative evaluation that i worry about. similar to this there is fear of positive evaluation–not sure if it applies to you and you gaining back the weight in spite of positive feedback from others but you may want to check it out.

Yeah, same story here about gaining an losing. When everyone starts saying how good I look the more I feel like celebrating with food. Isn’t that ironic! Also, when I am bored I eat. But I have been fixing this with staying busy in other ways. I am not really a stress eater but I have never kept a journal to verify. How are your journals going? Love the new topic! This is where I get completely stumped.

I’m excited to see you starting this new journal! I suffer with extreme panic disorder and have for the past 4 years and I’ve been to many therapists, on meds, ect. It actually created my weight issue, so I’m interested to see what you have to say on the topic and I think it’s really healthy for you to explore it this way
