Excessive alcohol can have a serious impact on health

    In fact, approximately 75% of esophageal cancers, and 50% are attributed to the mouth and throat cancer, alcoholism. Smoking in combination with drinking water increases the risk for most of these cancers dramatically. Women who can consume as little as one drink per day increase their chances of breast cancer by up to 30%!

    Moderation will be generally regarded as the key. A few drinks per week will probably not send you into a tail-spin of disease, but if you are an “addictive” personality have to stick more alcoholic drinks!
