Avoid alcohol or use it in moderation for proper liver and kidney function
Keeping
moderate alcohol consumption is critical to proper liver and kidney function. Alcoholic beverages are part of human culture for thousands of years. Alcohol is used for all types of social gatherings, celebrations, and rituals. Million people drink moderately several times a week and experience no ill effects. But others are more vulnerable to the problems alcohol can cause. Your reaction to alcohol is partly a question of biochemical individuality. Alcohol is a drug. As is true for other drugs, the effect of alcohol depends to a considerable extent on the dose. Its main ingredient, ethanol acts as a stimulant at low doses, but at higher doses it acts as a sedative and as an anesthetic. Continued alcohol use creates tolerance. The more you drink, the more you need to consume to achieve the same effect.
Alcohol passes quickly from the stomach into the bloodstream, where they migrate to the brain. As a sedative, it reduces the activity in the central nervous system, reducing anxiety, tension, and inhibitions. This is why alcohol is used as often as a “social lubricant”, and why many events begin with a cocktail party. Drink makes many people feel relaxed and confident, more comfortable in social settings. However, with continued drinking or drinking at a high level of alcohol slows reactions affect the concentration and disrupts appeal. At low doses of alcohol causes the blood vessels to expand, thereby increasing blood flow and sensation of heat. As a blood thinner to reduce alcohol may increase the risk of heart attacks and blood clotting. However, with high doses, you can actually lose body heat. After a drink can trigger the flow of gastric juices. This stimulates the appetite and digestion may, in turn, a reason that people have to improve a drink before dinner. But can continue at a high level of drinking to inflammation and weakening of the gastric mucosa, resulting in the risk of stomach ulcers.
How can you say any beer drinkers drink, increased urine flow. Of course, drink large amounts of cash, your body needs to increase the output of urine, to maintain their balance. But alcohol also affects the production of ADH (ADH to inhibit). Without instructions from this hormone, speed your kidneys, the process of filtering water from the blood. For this reason, you will lose more liquid alcohol than you take in, increasing the risk of dehydration. The hangover from excessive alcohol consumption is largely the result of a lack of body water. The alcohol molecules are broken by liver enzymes. However, if you drink too much, you can overpower this detoxification system. Damage to liver cells can develop a kind of scar tissue, leading to liver cirrhosis, which affects even fatal liver function difficult. Also, some people who just needed bodies do not produce adequate levels of enzymes to break down alcohol. These people are particularly vulnerable to alcoholism.
There are many other psychological problems associated with excess alcohol consumption. Only a few examples: alcohol doubled the risk of cancer of the mouth and throat. Smoking and drinking in combination increases the risk fifteenfold. Alcohol kills brain cells and lead to nerve, muscle and cognitive disorders. Cells of the immune system, decrease in the number and activity, alcohol consumption increases the risk of infection.
I think not, tell my friends that they should never drink. In fact, I often point out that population studies show that moderate alcohol consumption, is especially red wine, with some protection against heart disease. I even enjoy a glass of good red wine with meals. However, to gain the benefits of drinking alcohol, you may only in moderation. Limit alcoholic drinks to one per day – two at most. Note that 12 oz beer, 5 ounces of wine and 1 5 ounces of distilled beverages all contain the same dose of alcohol. If you drink, it is recommended, fermented beverages (beer and wine), where the alcohol by natural fermentation of fruits and grains instead of distilled beverages such as vodka produced, gin, whiskey, and to choose.
