Two were arrested this week after Durangoans a four-month investigation for distribution of Oxycontin pills. Investigators from the Southwest Drug Task Force arrested William L. O’Neal, 39, on Sunday and Maris M. Moore, 26, on Thursday. They were booked into La Plata County Jail.
